The Heart Behind PawzRFamily

More than a business. A lifetime of love, loyalty, and paw prints on my heart.

I've had dogs all my life, and at one point, I was blessed with four of them. They were the best! Each had a personality of their own, and together, they made our house a home.

Sadly, I lost one of my boys at just 10 years old. He was deaf, handsome, and so very loved. When neurological issues began affecting his quality of life, we faced the heartbreaking reality that there were things we simply couldn't fix. Losing him left a hole in our family, but the love he gave us will always be part of our story.

The three dogs who remained became something even more special to me. I called them my Chemo Comrades.

During my cancer diagnosis and treatment, they were right there beside me. They didn't need to understand what I was going through. They just knew how to be there. They offered comfort on the hard days, companionship when I needed it most, and a kind of unconditional love that reminded me I was never truly alone.

Today, the two dogs still by my side are seniors. They each have their own quirks, personalities, and special ways of making life better. I love them dearly, and as they enter their golden years, I want to give them the same devotion they've given me throughout their lives.

That's why I started PawzRFamily.

PawzRFamily was born from a lifetime of loving dogs, the memories of the ones I've lost, and the gratitude I carry for the companions who helped me through cancer. I wanted to create something that celebrates the incredible bond we share with our pets while building a business that can help support the needs of my own dogs as they grow older.

My hope is for PawzRFamily to become more than an online boutique. I want it to be a place for people who understand that our pets aren't just animals. They're family. They're our comfort, our laughter, our loyal companions, and sometimes the very reason we find a little more strength to face another day.

Every product, every customer, and every step forward brings me closer to a dream that means so much to me.

Because behind every paw print is a story. Behind every senior dog is a lifetime of love. And behind PawzRFamily is a woman who wants to give a little something back to the animals who have given her so much.
